讲座摘要：
罗胜强教授将结合撰写的三篇论文的亲身经历，从理论层面到实际操作层面详细地介绍高质量研究可能面临的问题以及应该做的工作，并结合论文投稿和修改过程中和编辑以及审稿人的互动，介绍在国际顶级期刊上发表论文的经验。
罗教授将分享的三篇文章包括其近两年和合作者发表在amj和jap的论文以及最新的工作论文：

主讲人介绍：
罗胜强教授，博士毕业于iowa大学，师从计量研究方法大师frank l. schmidt教授，现为香港中文大学商学院管理系讲座教授，商学院副院长。罗教授的主要研究兴趣涉及研究方法、领导行为、企业公民行为和情绪智能等领域。近十多年来，罗教授的文章不断地在academy of management journal、academy of management review、journal of applied psychology、journal of international business studies等国际一流学术期刊上发表。罗教授一直致力于推动管理学科研究发展，曾担任国际顶尖期刊academy of management journal的副总编以及management and organization review等国际一流期刊的编委。
