xiaode ji is an assistant professor of department of the organization and human resources management at the business school of central university of finance and economics. she holds a ph.d. from peking university. she also worked as a postdoc at the hong kong polytechnic university from 2022-2024. her research mainly focuses on employee voice behavior and workplace emotion.
